When you arrive
Head to the front office to check in. If you have photos or claim information, bring it with you – if not, no problem. We’ll walk you through what we need.

- Your vehicle and VIN (for the most accurate inspection and estimate)
- Insurance claim info
- A quick summary of what happened / what you noticed (damage, warning lights, drivability)
For smaller jobs, you can also send photos for a ballpark estimate – final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection.
